North American Energy Services Operating Tracy Biomass Generation Facility

Issaquah, WA, 02/21/2007 -- ISSAQUAH, WA - North American Energy Services Company (NAES), a broad-based provider of services to the power generation industry, announces that it is providing operations and maintenance services (O&M) for the Tracy Biomass Generation Facility (Tracy), located in San Joaquin County, California, approximately 45 miles east of Oakland.

Tracy, recently acquired by USRG Power & Biofuels Fund II, LP (USRG), is a 21.5 MW biomass-fired power plant. Tracy utilizes urban and agricultural wood waste to generate power under a long-term contract with Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
