North American Energy Services Awarded Five-Year Operations & Maintenance Contract at B.L. England

Issaquah, WA, 03/08/2007 -- ISSAQUAH, WA - North American Energy Services Company (NAES), a broad-based provider of services to the power generation industry, announces that it has entered into a long term agreement with RC Cape May Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Rockland Capital Energy Investments, LLC ("Rockland") to provide operations and maintenance services for its B.L. England Generating Station, located in Beesley's Point, New Jersey. NAES assumed control of operations on February 8, 2007.

B.L. England provides approximately 450 megawatts of generating capacity from three generating units. Units 1 and 2, designed and constructed by Bechtel, use B&W drum-natural circulation wet-bottom cyclone boilers to provide steam to GE tandum compound turbines. Unit 3, designed and constructed by United Engineers, uses a CE drum-natural circulation tangentially-fired boiler to provide steam to a GE tandum compound turbine. Units 1 and 2 burn coal and Unit 3 burns oil.
