Thundering Plains Signs O&M Agreement With NAES
Issaquah, WA, 05/24/2010 -- Bradley M. Palmer II, President and CEO of Thundering Plains Wind Farm LLC, announced today the execution of a binding commitment for a multiyear O&M services agreement with NAES Corporation for its 150 MW wind power generating station currently being developed in West Texas.
"We are pleased to have a company of NAES caliber operate Thundering Plains. We intend on keeping this facility reliable and within determined commercial availability parameters for 30 years and NAES conforms to this plan," said Mr. Palmer. Charlie Bunn, Vice President of Operations for Thundering Plains stated, "I have installed over 4,600 turbines in my 30 year career and am pleased to be working with a quality company such as NAES."
This latest facility adds to the existing portfolio of wind power generating stations operated by NAES. NAES has served the power generation industry since 1980, including 23 years of operations and maintenance (O&M) in conventional and renewable energy technologies.
