Palmer II, President and CEO of Thundering Plains Wind Farm LLC, announced today the execution of a binding commitment for a multiyear O&M services agreement with NAES Corporation for its 150 MW wind power generating station currently being developed in West Texas.

We intend on keeping this facility reliable and within determined commercial availability parameters for 30 years and NAES conforms to this plan," said Mr. Palmer. This latest facility adds to the existing portfolio of wind power generating stations operated by NAES.
