On March 6^th, Allen Kent presented a 75 minute overview of the Bulk Electric System, NERC history, and NERC CIP Compliance requirements to Western Washington University students in the Computer Science programs.  There were about 27 students & faculty in attendance.  Many stayed for an extra hour of questions and answers following the presentation.
