NAES Grid Operations

I wanted to express our appreciation for the support provided by NAES during our recent maintenance outage at the New Madrid Power Plant. The experience and knowledge your team brought to the table were invaluable in ensuring a successful outage. Their ability to work with multiple contractors while representing the interests of the utility played a significant role in the overall success of the project. We would be glad to have NAES onsite again if the need arises for future outage or project management.

I cannot express how much [Sean] helped me through the process…he was intimately familiar with the evidence required to meet this obligation…I want to commend Sean for the help he provided.

The support from the group has been timely and impressive.

The NAES Compliance Staff was very responsive to evidence requests and also responded in a timely manner. The staff was present and engaged throughout the audit process, and NAES exhibits a strong culture of compliance.

Andrew Markle is an outstanding and invaluable asset to the NAES team. He has once again helped me out in short notice support. He provides excellent high quality timely support…you cannot operate power plants today in an excellent industry-leading manner, without support from people like Andrew.

NAES NERC Services has been invaluable during the development and implementation of the NERC Compliance program at MEC. The ongoing support that NAES NERC provides is excellent. NAES NERC keeps up to date on all new NERC standards, data request, reporting deadlines etc. for the specific plant requirements and ensures the plant maintains compliance. NAES NERC support is a resource that we can always count on to help us maintain the highest level of compliance with all NERC requirements.

Particular thanks to Pam B who could not have had any idea of what she was committing to when she agreed to lead the permitting effort on our behalf. You deserve a purple heart for this one.

These daily reports you are providing are great. I couldn’t be more informed if I was on-site. Thank-you for your good work. It is really appreciated.
